This fabric test was carried out at two o’clock in the afternoon on August 10th, 2024. What follows are the pictures and explanations of this test.
It can be seen from the picture above that after being tested under natural conditions for the past few months, a lot of wind-blown dust has appeared on the fabric of Gelay. This also verifies the authenticity of our test.
It can be seen that the fabrics tested above didn’t show relatively obvious cracks or ruptures and so on. Next, let’s explain them one by one.
The several marine canvases that appeared in this fabric test above include Base, Plus, composite marine fabric, awning net fabric, seat cushion fabric, rope fastening accessories and elastic ropes.
The first one is our +Plus fabric, namely the navy blue and gray fabrics in the picture. It can be seen that this fabric occupies a major position in our test and is also the best-selling one among our Gelay fabrics. As can also be seen from the picture, after such a long period of exposure to the wind and the sun, our +Plus fabric has not shown problems like loosening, fading, rotting or cracking.
Next is our black fabric, which is the composite Oxford polyester composite marine fabric among our Gelay fabrics. The difference between this composite marine fabric and others is that its back is made of flocking, so there are many dense silk threads on its back. However, even so, after several months of testing, there has been no situation like the silk threads getting messy. This fabric is no less excellent compared to the +Plus fabric. The products made with these two fabrics have also received satisfactory evaluations from customers.
Let’s take a look at the products newly added in the previous period. As we can see from the picture, the newly added seat cushion has not shown any signs of damage either. In this shooting, we noticed that there were bird excretions on the seat cushion. However, this doesn’t affect the following tests. On the contrary, it can better demonstrate issues such as the corrosion resistance of the Gelay fabric in the subsequent tests.
Next are our rope accessories, which are also a concern for many customers. They are afraid that the accessories will age and break down over time. However, you can be completely assured about these accessories. In order to provide customers with a better shopping experience, we have also done research on issues regarding accessories. The accessories in the picture, just like our fabrics, have also endured the exposure to the wind and the sun during this period of time and haven’t shown any problems such as aging or falling off.
Finally, there’s our rope. Ordinary ropes usually have problems like fraying, fading and rotting after being exposed to sunlight, rain and other natural conditions for a long time. In the picture, our rope didn’t have any of these problems after the long-term test. Its material is also very sturdy. Besides, we will also show you the latest progress of these marine canvases and accessories through the next test.
