What did we do after receiving the message

The moment we received the package mailed by the customer, the whole team entered a “battle state”. Every department had made corresponding work arrangements in advance. During this period, the busiest one was the procurement department. They raced against the clock to contact high-quality suppliers around the world to search for suitable repair materials and spare parts, striving to gather all the necessary repair materials in the shortest time. Meanwhile, the technical department also drew on their years of experience and referred to the international cutting-edge sunshade awning fabric repair technologies to quickly finalize an innovative repair plan.
After receiving the product
On the one hand, in view of the damage to the marine canvas, the best marine canvas was selected for splicing to ensure the improvement of the durability of the repaired parts. When choosing marine canvas, the durability, waterproofness and ultraviolet resistance are the most concerned aspects for marine canvas products used on ships. Therefore, we selected the thickest and best marine canvas of our company, which features excellent waterproof and ultraviolet resistance. On the other hand, for the stitching issue, a special waterproof industrial synchronous sewing machine was used for sewing. After completion
After several days of unremitting efforts, the repaired sunshade awning fabric looked brand new. During the strict quality inspection process, it successfully passed all the indicator tests and was waiting to be sent back in an almost perfect state. When the repackaged awning fabric was mailed to the customer, we soon received feedback from the customer.
