This Gelay fabric test was carried out at two o’clock in the afternoon on March 27th, 2025. The on-site photos of the fabric test were taken at 2 p.m. on March 27th, 2025. In the follow-up, multiple groups of pictures and text content shot on the same day will be presented to demonstrate the test results of our Gelay fabric.
After months of exposure to sun and rain, it is evident that the surface of our test fabric Gelay has been covered with numerous natural stains, such as dust, bird droppings, rainwater marks, etc. This fully demonstrates the objectivity, rigor, and authenticity of our outdoor testing. We are committed to testing this Gelay fabric truly and unreservedly from the customer’s perspective.
The several types of marine canvas used in this fabric test include Base,+Plus, composite marine fabric, sunshade net fabric, seat cushion fabric, rope fastener accessories, and elastic rope. First is our +Plus fabric, which is the navy blue and gray fabric in the picture. This fabric is our main test subject and is also the best – selling one among Gelay fabrics. As can be seen from the picture, after a long period of outdoor testing, exposed to wind, sun, and rain, our +Plus fabric does not have problems such as loosening, fading, rotting, or cracking. It shows us its good quality.
Next，the picture above shows the test image of transparent PVC material fabric. It can be seen that there is no obvious change on its surface, and the traces behind are transparent plastic films.
In this test, we found that rope fastener accessories showed slight cracking. For this situation, we will identify the cause and improve the products.
