The fabric test was conducted at two o’clock in the afternoon on April 20th. Next, there will be several pictures and texts to show the test results of our Gelay fabric.
The above picture shows all the products that were tested. It can be seen that even after being exposed to the sun for a long time, there were no such conditions as cracking or fraying, and they were in a rather perfect state. To demonstrate the wide range of uses of the fabric, today we added a seat cushion made of Gelay fabric. We will explain it in detail later.
The several fabrics shown in the picture that were tested are Base, +Plus, composite marine fabric, awning net fabric, seat cushion fabric, rope fastening accessories and elastic ropes.
Since Base fabric had problems such as fraying during the preliminary tests, this fabric was thus eliminated.
Next, what you can see is our +Plus fabric, which comes in navy blue and gray. This fabric accounts for the main part of our tests. As it is one of our best-selling products and there are quite a number of customers in need of it, this fabric has lived up to expectations. Although it has been exposed to the wind and the sun for several months, it still looks bright in color, without any problems like loose threads, fading or rotting. From this, it can be seen that our +Plus fabric is highly resistant to various natural weather conditions, whether it’s fierce storms or scorching sun.
The black part in this picture is our composite oxford polyester composite marine fabric. The back of this composite marine fabric is made of flocking. Although there are a lot of dense threads on its back, there hasn’t been any situation like the threads getting messy after these several months. Its performance is comparable to that of the +Plus fabric, and both can handle various natural weather conditions. The products made from this fabric have also shown an extremely high level of durability and have produced satisfactory products for customers.
It can be seen that a new product has been added to our evaluation this time, which is a seat cushion made of our fabric. In order to make the test more capable of providing useful value for customers, we have added more products and are looking forward to its future performance.
Having talked about the fabrics, let’s now turn to the rope buckles. Since some of the rope accessories couldn’t withstand the tests last time, in order to bring high-quality product services to our customers, we have eliminated this type of rope buckles. In contrast, the rope buckles shown in the picture look as good as new, which is really reassuring.
Finally, what we can see is our ropes. When it comes to ropes, many customers are more concerned about their durability and vulnerability. You can rest assured about these two aspects. As can be seen from the picture, the material of our ropes is relatively firm. For the rest, we will also report its latest progress through future tests.
